Tim Gillespie is Under30Experiences' Regional Manager for Asia, Europe, Africa, and Oceania, overseeing on-the-ground logistics and partner relationships across more than a dozen U30X destinations. He has lived as an expat in Southeast Asia since 2009, is based in Thailand with his family, and speaks from direct, sustained experience rather than short visits. Tim has personally led and supported U30X group trips on multiple continents, giving him a working knowledge of what travelers in their twenties and thirties actually need to pack, prepare for, and expect in destinations ranging from Bali and Vietnam to Albania, Morocco, Japan and Egypt. When he isn't coordinating operations, he is usually mountain biking through rural Asia, learning a new dialect, or hunting down a regional dish most travelers never find.
