Under30Experiences works with locally-based tour guides for our Trip Leader positions. Trip Leaders typically lead fast-paced five to twelve-day tours across a country or, at times, multiple countries where they are based.
Our local guides are generally extroverted, high-energy adventurers who love hosting groups of people in the country they love. They should have in-depth knowledge about the areas we visit and the country's history, culture, and language. If you haven't already, we encourage you to review our website to get familiar with us. Most of our trips spend time in cities and nature, so experience hiking and a love for nature are typically required.
Work with Friends, not Clients: We are not your typical tour company. We encourage our Trip Leaders to show our travelers around their country like local friends, stay in touch with each other, and attend our meetups if they ever have the chance to visit the United States.
