Our trips are designed specifically with you in mind. And we travel differently. We support local communities, believe in eco-friendly sustainability practices & show you a country authentically as travelers, not tourists. We love cultural immersion experiences. Our groups are always at most 18 people, creating a more authentic experience for everyone!

Before your trip, you'll have the opportunity to join a custom WhatsApp Group and connect with other travelers on your trip! Many travelers meet at the airport or for pre-trip drinks if they are from the same city. Others coordinate plans to stay in a country after their trip.
During your adventure, our Trip Leaders do their best to foster an open, supportive environment where people feel safe to truly be themselves. We are a safe space for everyone!
After your trip, you'll be an official U30X Alumni and part of our larger community, where you'll have access to our network of thousands of past travelers. We are constantly hosting meetups ranging from simple happy hours to hikes to outdoor movie nights.
More than 70% of our travelers come solo, but they all leave with friends.
Our Trip Leaders are trained to politely break up conversations about politics if they get uncomfortable—we want our community to be a place where everyone feels welcome and where our travelers can escape the noise of daily life.
All you have to worry about is getting to the airport at your destination! We take care of the rest and meet you there.
From transportation accommodations, to meals and knowledge of the best local spots, we hook you up with everything you need.
Before your trip, we'll help you with any questions and share access to resources to help you make the most of your experience.
Our Trip Leaders and Regional Managers are tourism professionals who show you the places where the locals go. They are trained in First Aid, and CPR, and have emergency protocols and backup plans for every trip.
Other companies pack you in a bus with 40-50 people & drag you around like tourists.
We provide authentic, cultural experiences with plenty of time to chill... giving you more time to explore and less time in the van.

We take our feedback seriously and are always looking to improve. It's our goal to understand exactly what our travelers want, and we're constantly tweaking our itineraries to give you the best experience possible.
Avoiding tourist traps and combating overtourism are critical to our mission as a company. We seek cultural experiences and try our best to build positive relationships around the world. Under30Experiences does our best to keep your hard-earned money in the local economies of the places we visit. We have a strong preference for locally owned, family-run vendors, with sustainability policies in place.
On many of our trips, we offer community projects to give back and do our best to keep money in the local economy. We are extremely careful to get to know the leaders of the local organizations we support and understand the true needs of local communities. The last thing we want to do is make assumptions about a local area without doing our due diligence.
Under30Experiences is not a "voluntourism" organization. Our travelers attend our trips to go on vacation, not to dig ditches or rebuild houses. But we also understand that young people have a deep desire to make the world a better place... When we can support local organizations that give back to a local community, we absolutely do!
Our team is passionate about protecting the environment and keeping our planet healthy for generations to come. We are careful to select activities with low environmental impact and strive to travel as sustainably as possible.

We understand traveling to another country can be intimidating. That's why our staff is trained in First Aid & CPR certified and is there to keep you safe. We have detailed internal emergency response plans for when the unpredictable happens. Our team carefully reviews our vendors’ emergency protocols each season to ensure our travelers’ safety.
Under30Experiences has a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, harassment, and hate speech. Anyone who violates these rules will be asked to leave our trip.

U30X is such an amazing travel community. Once your trip is over, the experience is not. They keep in touch with their alumni & provide platforms for travel questions, personal development, & community connections in your own backyard! Just returned from my second trip with Under30Experiences. My first trip was to the Costa Rica rainforest. My most recent trip was to Iceland. Both trips were such an amazing experience. I loved learning about Iceland and its origins. I enjoy the small groups and I made some great new friends! Recommend them for anyone wanting to travel alone or with a couple of friends.
I was so scared to travel abroad alone and then I came across their website and they made international travel so easy! And the people I’ve met on the trips are some amazing individuals! I’ve done 6 of their trips and plan on continuing to do even more!!
My Hike the Inca Trail trip was beyond amazing, and I couldn't have asked for anything more from a trip. Our leaders made us all feel instantly comfortable, and the group was fantastic. The trip was well planned and the hike was unforgettable. Memories to last a lifetime.
