Under30Experiences was founded in 2012 with the mission of making travel more accessible to young people. Why? 

In 2012, co-founder Matt Wilson went to Iceland on his first trip after college and came back forever changed. He got together with Jared O’Toole, his co-founder at Under30CEO.com, and they realized that all of their friends had excuses for why they couldn’t travel. Dissatisfied with the status quo, the two set out on an adventure of a lifetime…

Traveling the globe, Matt and Jared became obsessed with getting to know locals and finding off-the-beaten-path experiences that tourists couldn’t find. As Under30Experiences became a real company, they began bringing small groups of people ages 21-35 on trips to Iceland, Costa Rica, Peru, and Bali.

With the help of their local friends, an amazing network of boutique hotels, and the desire to make a positive impact on local communities rather than just see them on a superficial level, Under30Experiences has grown to what Inc. 5000 named one of the fastest-growing private companies in America.

Under30Experiences prides itself on over-delivering on the human element of what we do, from our amazing customer experience team to our Trip Leaders, who foster a safe, open environment where travelers feel safe to be themselves.
