The Under30Experiences Terms of Service (“Terms”) is a legal agreement between you and Shadow Concepts LLC, d/b/a Under30Experiences (“Under30Experiences,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) that governs your interaction on Under30Experiences.com (the “Site”) and your purchases and use of products and services made available through the Site. The term “you” refers to the customer visiting the Site and/or booking a reservation through us on the Site or through our service providers. By accessing or using the Site, making any reservation on the Site, or contacting any of our service providers to make a reservation, you agree that the Terms then in force shall apply. If you do not agree to the Terms, please do not use or book any reservations through the Site or our service providers. We have the right to change the Terms at any time without notice, effective upon its posting to our Under30Experiences website. Your continued use of Under30Experiences shall be considered your acceptance to the revised Terms.

Prohibited Activities
The content and information on the Site (including, but not limited to, price and availability of travel services) as well as the infrastructure used to provide such content and information, is proprietary to us. While you may make limited use of travel itinerary and related documents for travel or service reservations booked through the Site, you agree not to otherwise modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from or through the Site. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY SITES
The Site may contain hyperlinks to websites operated by parties other than Under30Experiences. Such hyperlinks are provided for your reference only. We do not control such websites and are not responsible for their contents or the privacy or other practices of such websites. Further, it is up to you to take precautions to ensure that whatever links you select or software you download (whether from this Site or other websites) is free of such items as viruses, worms, trojan horses, defects and other items of a destructive nature. Our inclusion of hyperlinks to such websites does not imply any endorsement of the material on such websites or any association with their operators.
SERVICE PROVIDER TERMS
Service providers may require you to agree to additional terms and conditions in connection with the products and services you purchase from them. Please read all additional terms and conditions carefully. You agree to abide by all additional terms and restrictions, including without limitation, availability, age and occupancy requirements, pet policies, policies on children, fares and other restrictions. You agree that any violation of any such terms and/or restrictions may result in cancellation of your reservation, forfeiture of costs and expenses in connection with your reservation, and being charged by Under30Experiences for any costs we incur as a result of such violation.
Participants Responsibility
You understand and acknowledge that Under30Experiences does not represent or act as an agent for, and cannot control the acts or omissions of, any host institution, host family, transportation carrier, hotel, tour organizer, or other provider of goods or services.
You understand and acknowledge that Under30Experiences assumes no responsibility or liability, in whole or in part, for: any delayed or changed departure or arrival times; fare changes, dishonors of hotel, airline, or vehicle rental reservation, missed carrier connections; sickness, disease, injuries (including death), losses, damages, weather, strikes, acts of God, circumstances beyond the control of Under30Experiences, force majeure, war, quarantine, civil unrest, kidnapping, public health risks, criminal activity, terrorism, expense, accident, injuries, or damage to and lost property; bankruptcies of airlines or other service providers; inconveniences, cessation of operations, mechanical defects, failure or negligence of any nature whatsoever caused in connection with any accommodations, restaurant, transportation, or other service or for any substitution of hotels or of common carriers beyond Under30Experiences’s control, with or without notice; or for any additional expense occasioned by any of the foregoing. If due to weather, flight schedules, or other uncontrollable factors, you are required to spend additional nights in the Destination or another location, Under30Experiences will not be responsible for your hotel, transfers, meal costs, or other expenses. My baggage and personal property are transported entirely at my risk.
All participants will be required to sign a mandatory travel waiver to participate in any of our trips.
INCIDENTAL FEES
The purchases made through Under30Experiences do not include incidental expenses, except as specifically described in your itinerary, and you are liable for all such incidental expenses that you incur during, or in anticipation of, your purchased product and/or service. These things may include, but are not limited to: airfare to the destination, lunches, incidental expenses, alcohol, and any entrance or departure fees into the destination country.
TRAVEL INSURANCE
Travel Insurance (Mandatory Minimum Coverage)
Travel insurance is a mandatory condition of participation in any Under30Experiences trip. All participants are required to obtain and maintain travel insurance that includes, at a minimum, coverage for medical expenses, emergency evacuation, and repatriation for the duration of the trip.
The minimum required coverage amount is at least 200,000 USD. This amount represents a minimum requirement only and may not be sufficient to cover all circumstances, activities, destinations, or individual needs.
Under30Experiences does not provide insurance advice and makes no representations or warranties regarding the adequacy, scope, or suitability of any insurance policy. Participants are solely responsible for evaluating, selecting, and maintaining insurance coverage appropriate to their personal circumstances.
Coverage for trip cancellation, trip interruption, delays, or other non-medical losses is strongly recommended but not required, and remains the participant’s personal financial decision.
TRAVELER SAFETY / EXPULSION
Under30Experiences and Service providers from which you purchase products and/or services reserve the right to expel attendees whose statements, acts, or omissions threaten the safety of themselves or others, or disrupt the trip in any way. Under30Experiences retains sole discretion to determine whether expulsion is warranted, regardless of whether a service provider elects to act. Expelled attendees will not be entitled to a refund, will be responsible for any costs they must incur as a result of such expulsion, including, without limitation, replacement accommodations and return travel, and may be subject to liability for any harm or damages arising out of their statements, acts, or omissions. You agree and acknowledge that Under30Experiences and Service providers are under no legal duty to expel attendees and are not responsible for the conduct of attendees. You acknowledge that you will be billed for any damage to hotels and will be held responsible for your actions. You agree to the "General Rules" listed on the Trip Details page of the trip you are purchasing.
Illegal & Prohibited Conduct
Proof of insurance may be required prior to departure. Failure to obtain or maintain the required insurance coverage may result in denial of participation or removal from the trip without refund. Under30Experiences assumes no responsibility for any costs, losses, or expenses not covered by a participant’s insurance policy.
Participants agree to comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws while participating in any Under30Experiences trip or activity. Without limiting the foregoing, the following conduct is strictly prohibited:
(a) Sexual exploitation of children or minors, including engaging in, facilitating, or benefiting from any commercial sexual activity involving minors, child sex tourism, trafficking, or related conduct. For purposes of this agreement, a “minor” is any person under the age of eighteen (18), regardless of local age of consent or other local standards.
(b) Any illegal activity, including illegal sexual activity or conduct that exposes others to harm, exploitation, or criminal liability.
(c) Any conduct that could reasonably be interpreted as abusive, exploitative, coercive, or endangering, including conduct directed toward vulnerable individuals or local communities.
Under30Experiences reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to immediately terminate a participant’s involvement, remove the participant from a trip without refund, prohibit participation in future Under30Experiences programs, and cooperate with local authorities where required by law in connection with any violation of this section.
Nothing in this section shall be interpreted as an endorsement, encouragement, or facilitation of any sexual activity or commercial sex.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Under30Experiences either owns, or has licensed, all U.S. legal right, title and interest in and to Under30Experiences, including but not limited to, any trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret, trade dress, service marks and other worldwide intellectual property rights as they relate to Under30Experiences (the “Intellectual Property”). These Terms do not grant you any rights with respect to the Intellectual Property.
LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
The information, software, products and services published on the Site may include inaccuracies or errors, including pricing errors. In particular, we do not guarantee the accuracy of, and disclaim all liability for any errors or other inaccuracies relating to the information and description of the hotel and other travel products and services displayed on the Site (including, without limitation, the pricing, photographs, list of hotel amenities, general product descriptions, etc.). In addition, we expressly reserve the right to correct any pricing errors on the Site and/or pending reservations made under an incorrect price.
In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, special or consequential damages arising out of, or in any way connected with, your access to, display of or use of this Site or with the delay or inability to access, display or use the Site (including, but not limited to, any computer viruses, information, software, linked sites, products and services obtained through this Site; or otherwise arising out of the access to, display of or use of the Site) whether based on a theory of negligence, contract, tort, strict liability, consumer protection statutes, or otherwise, and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If, despite the limitation above, we are found liable for any loss or damage which arises out of or in any way connected with any of the occurrences described above, then our liability will in no event exceed, in the aggregate, the greater of (a) the service fees you paid to us in connection with such transaction(s) on the Site, or (b) One-Hundred Dollars (US$100.00) or the equivalent in local currency.
The limitation of liability reflects the allocation of risk between the parties. The limitations specified in this section will survive and apply even if any limited remedy specified in these Terms is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
RISKS AND INDEMNITY
You acknowledge and agree that participation in activities, such as adventure travel, involves inherent risks and dangers of accidents, personal and bodily injury (including death) and property loss or damage. You agree that you have considered the nature and extent of the risks involved and voluntarily choose to assume all such risks, both known and unknown, even those risks that result from the negligence of others and assume full responsibility for your participation in such activities.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Under30Experiences, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, services providers and licensors from and against all losses, liabilities, costs (including, without limitation, attorneys’ fees and costs on appeal or at trial), damages, judgments, claims, of every kind and nature, to the fullest extent permitted by law, arising from or relating in any way to (i) your use of the Site, (ii) products or services you have purchased through the Site, (iii) your breach of these Terms or the documents referenced herein, or (iv) your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
All trip schedules and activities are subject to change before and during the trip.
NOTICE OF INFRINGING MATERIAL
If you believe in good faith that materials hosted by us infringe your copyright, you (or your agent) may send us a written notice that includes the following information. Please note that we will not process your complaint if it is not properly filled out or is incomplete. Any misrepresentations in your notice regarding whether content or activity is infringing may expose you to liability for damages.
Eligibility Reminder:
Reservations are only accepted from travelers who meet our eligibility requirements (minimum age 21). Any reservation made in violation of this policy may be canceled without refund.
If you change or cancel your booking:
Email us with at least 30 or 60 days' notice (depending on the trip) for all departures, and you can switch your trip one time for free or place your Experience Credits on hold. You can find a trip-specific policy on the “Trip Details” page. Please note that cancelations/transfers are not accepted via WhatsApp, social media, or chat boxes. You must email your cancellation/transfer request to bookings@under30experiences.com and we must confirm your request.
If you do not receive a confirmation from us your request is not confirmed. Experience credits are valid for TWO years from the date of issue. After two years, the credits are forfeited. Experience credits have no cash value and are non-refundable under any circumstance.
When transferring trips or dates, your booking will be bound to the latest version of Under30Experiences Terms & Conditions.
*Please note that some trips have non-refundable permits that we secure on your behalf. In these cases, the permit cost is nontransferable at the time of purchase. Please review the "Trip Details” page of any trip you are looking at for its specific terms.*
*Coupon codes and/or promotional prices are not transferable. You will be responsible for any price difference when transferring to a different trip.*
Refund Policy
All payments made for trips, accommodations, and any additional services, including but not limited to single-room supplements, are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. This policy applies regardless of cancellation by the participant, failure to attend, changes in personal circumstances, or any other reason. By making a payment, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.
Experience Credits are Giftable
Can't travel with us for the foreseeable future? You can give the gift of travel to your friends and family. Experience Credits are 100% transferable!
Please note that only Experience Credits equivalent to the value of your original payment are transferable. Earned Experience Credits are non-transferrable in all forms. Earned Experience Credits can include but are not limited to our community programs, contests, events, customer service, and other rewards.
Credits can only be used toward unpaid invoices. Refunds will not be given for trips that have already been paid for.
*Gifted credits are non-refundable, even in the event that we cancel the departure. Any departure booked with gifted credits can be canceled and transferred to another departure one-time. After that, the credits are forfeited.*
The person receiving gifted or transferred credits is responsible for knowing the credits expiration date. The expiration date is the original date of expiration.
Emergency Cancelation within 30 or 60 days:
To cancel a trip that is not within our cancelation period, please refer to your travel insurance policy.
Your travel insurance may cover reimbursement if you cancel your trip due to a last-minute emergency. You'll need to consult your travel insurance company directly for specific details.
We cannot transfer or hold any credits within the cancelation period of 30 or 60 days before your trip, depending on the trip's cancellation policy.
Forced Trip Suspension Policy
When we are forced to cancel a trip due to situations outside our control, we are unable to issue refunds. In this case, we will offer travelers 100% credit of the price paid for the trip, valid for use toward any future trip.
A “force majeure” event includes but is not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, and pandemics. We only cancel trips when there are major disruptions to our itineraries, or when local authorities, or when the US Department of State issues a "Level 4 Do Not Travel Warning” to a country.
Please understand that when you book a trip with us, your money goes directly to vendors abroad who do not offer refunds in these cases. The money is held with them to be used for future travelers; thus, we cannot provide refunds.
Other Cancellation Notes:
Coverage for trip cancellation or interruption is strongly recommended but not required and is the traveler’s personal financial decision. If you do not participate in the trip, join it after it has started, or choose to leave before it concludes, you will not receive reimbursement. This includes missed flights, delays, injury, illness, and quarantine due to infectious disease during the trip. In these cases, please consult your travel insurance company to cover expenses.
If you put a deposit down on a trip, and do not pay in full by the required date, your trip will be forfeited and no credits will be issued, unless you email us to put your credits on hold or transfer to another trip.

The Under30Experiences mobile messaging program (the “Service”) is operated by Shadow Concepts LLC, DBA Under30Experiences (“Under30Experiences,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By opting into the Service, you agree to receive SMS or text messages from or on behalf of Under30Experiences in accordance with these Mobile Messaging Terms (“Mobile Terms”). Your participation in the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time. Where required by law, we will provide notice of material changes. Your continued participation in the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Mobile Terms.
1. Program Description
The Under30Experiences SMS program provides travel-related information and promotional messages including:
• trip announcements and launch notifications
• travel promotions and special offers
• booking confirmations and reminders
• trip logistics and operational updates
• customer support responses
2. Consent to Receive Messages
By providing your mobile phone number and affirmatively opting into the Service, you provide express written consent to receive recurring SMS or text messages from Under30Experiences.
Messages may be sent using automated technology or an automatic telephone dialing system where permitted by applicable law.
Your consent to receive SMS messages:
• is not required as a condition of purchase
• applies to the phone number you provide
• may be withdrawn at any time
Under30Experiences maintains records of user consent in accordance with applicable messaging regulations.
3. Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency may vary depending on your interactions with Under30Experiences and participation in promotions or programs.
Under30Experiences does not charge for the Service itself, but message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier plan.
You are responsible for all charges imposed by your mobile carrier.
4. How to Opt Out
You may opt out of the Service at any time.
To stop receiving messages:
Reply STOP to any SMS message.
You will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS marketing messages unless you opt in again.

6. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to participate in the SMS messaging program.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian to participate.
7. Mobile Number Responsibility
You agree to provide a valid mobile number and to notify us if your number changes.
If your mobile number changes or is reassigned, you should unsubscribe from the Service prior to the number change.
Under30Experiences is not responsible for messages sent to a reassigned or recycled phone number.
8. Changes to Messaging Numbers
Under30Experiences may change the telephone number or short code used to operate the Service at any time.
Messages sent to outdated numbers may not be received and we are not responsible for requests sent to such numbers.
9. Wireless Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and network availability.
10. International Messaging
Under30Experiences operates internationally and may communicate with travelers located in multiple jurisdictions.
Marketing messages are sent only to individuals who have provided prior consent where required by applicable law, including regulations such as:
• the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
• Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)
• the EU ePrivacy Directive and GDPR
• the UK Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR)
• other applicable electronic communications laws
You may withdraw consent at any time using the opt-out methods described above.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Under30Experiences is not liable for:
• delayed or undelivered messages
• errors in transmitted information
• actions taken in reliance on SMS communications
12. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or share SMS opt-in data or consent records with third parties for their independent marketing purposes.
