Kath Belmonte is an executive assistant at Under30Experiences, a small-group travel company for people ages 21–35. Based in the Philippines, a country she's explored extensively, Kath is a solo traveler who has traveled across much of East and Southeast Asia, including Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore, Macau, and Taiwan. She writes about the places she's actually been, with a focus on slow, food-first travel built around local culture, street food, and the small moments that make a destination memorable.
