Traveling is getting easier by the minute and YOU should be taking full advantage. There are so many tips and tricks to make traveling much more simpler.
As 2017 approaches, let’s take a look at some of the countries that can make an impact on your travel life. These are a few of our favorites.
Colombia
Colombia, a country that was once stricken by violence, a corrupt government and druglords, is now a boasting country getting back on its feet.
And truthfully, a magical place to to visit to get your dose of history, culture, food, dance, and a zest for life found in the people. There are so many cities and towns to visit in Colombia, you could probably spend a full month just bouncing around.
Some of the top spots are Bogota, the capital city of Colombia; Medellin, which was ranked as the most innovative city in the world in 2012 and is also called the ‘City of Eternal Spring’; and Cartagena, a city full of color and energy that pulsates the Afro-Caribbean culture in Colombia.

Iceland
There’s been a buzz about Iceland all of 2016 and it’s been one of the top spots to experience for very good reasons.
First, flights to Iceland are a steal. You can usually find some good deals to travel to Iceland that won’t cost you an arm and a leg. Iceland itself can be VERY expensive, but lucky for you, Under30Experiences has a really affordable trip that is awesome!
Iceland is also one of those places that holds sights you can’t see anywhere else in the world. There is the Northern Lights but that is just a tip of the Icelandberg (get it?).
You can also hike glaciers, take a dip in the famous blue lagoon, or frolic in a bunch of waterfalls.
This place should really be on your travel bucket list for 2017.
Canada
Let’s start with the fact that it’s so close to those in the United States, and to be frank, sometimes we forget Canada is even there and that it’s the second largest country in the world.
The country has a new leader, Justin Trudeau, who is leading this massive country in a much more positive way. The dollar is weak in Canada so you can have some extra spending cash.
And lastly, there’s so much to explore from coast to coast. From Vancouver to Toronto and Quebec City, and some of the most beautiful national parks like Jasper National Park and Banff National Park. It’s seriously beautiful.
France
An iconic country on people’s bucket list year in and year out. And for good reason: you have some of the most spectacular sights from the Louvre, the Eiffel Tower, and even wine country.
But there’s so much more to France then those places...
Yes, go see those iconic spots but also take the time to see the countryside of France, the historical part of France, and even the coast of France.
It’s never a bad idea to visit France and you can do some of the coolest stuff if you travel there with U30X.
Cuba
I just feel the need to put Cuba in here because it’s one of the those places that might get bombarded with tourists really soon and it won’t be the same.
Cuba is a small island 90 miles south of Florida in the Caribbean. Like a lot of the other countries listed, it has culture, it has life, and a history worth learning.
If you’re lucky enough to get a visa to go to Cuba (if you’re from the United States you need a visa), you should feel like you won the lottery. Though it’s not difficult to obtain, it’s definitely something much more meaningful.
Cuba is filled with Afro-Caribbean, salsa dancing, and delicious home cooked food that comes with a deep history. Being a country ran by a dictator, there’s more to their story then the eye can see.
Go find out what it is like for yourself, I promise you won’t regret it. You may even feel like you’re back in the 1950’s.
