This trip does not use our standard 30-day policy. Antarctica requires us to commit money to the operator far in advance, and once committed, none of it comes back. Everything you pay is fully refundable until we confirm the trip. After we confirm, your deposit is committed and the amount forfeited increases as departure approaches. The important part: this departure needs 10 travelers to run. If we don't hit 10, we'll tell you by our confirmation date and refund every dollar you've paid, deposit included. You can also hand your spot to someone else at no charge up to 60 days before departure.
