Welcome to Croatia! Take included transportation with your new friends to our first stop--the vibrant port city of Split!
Find yourself in the economic and cultural center of the Dalmatian Coast. This Mediterranean city’s small-town vibe and laid-back locals have made it one of Europe’s hottest destinations.
Enjoy your opening dinner with your new friends at a local restaurant as you ease into Croatian culture.
Escape the city and venture out on sea kayaks. Discover small beaches and explore the underworld as you kayak around ancient stone pyramids that emerge from the sea.
In the afternoon, venture out on a walking tour through Diocletian’s Palace to learn about Split’s rich history, which dates back over a thousand years.
From Romans through Illyrians and Slavic people, all these nations left a mark on Split, and the final product is today's fusion of different cultures and architectures that give this city a unique look.
Say goodbye to the mainland and travel by ferry to the island of Hvar, the queen of the Croatian Dalmatian Islands.
Head out for an orientation walk around town with your Trip Leader to learn about Hvar and how it's been a retreat for travelers dating back to the 19th century.
Pack your swimsuits and head out to Pokonji Dol, a small bay at the end of the island where you can run away from tourists and enjoy a nice relaxing day on the beach.
Cruise the open waters on a private speed boat to the Pakleni Islands, a gorgeous chain of wooded isles just off the coast of Hvar.
Spend the day swimming and snorkeling in secluded bays and visiting hidden caves, and have lunch at a beachfront restaurant.
Return to Hvar and enjoy a free evening. Experience the nightlife of Hvar with your friends after a full day of explorations.
After breakfast, get ready to hop over to another island. Today, you will travel by ferry to the island known as the Emerald Isle, Korcula.
Take to the streets with your Trip Leader to get to know the medieval walled Old Town. View the Venetian-styled buildings with red rooftops, and check out Saint Mark’s Cathedral, a stunning Gothic-Renaissance-style church.
In the afternoon, visit the tiny village of Pupant. Enjoy dinner at one of the last remaining traditional family restaurants. Tonight, enjoy an authentic meal and have an opportunity to taste homemade wine.
Enjoy breakfast at a local cafe, then head over to the small, coastal village of Lumbarda, said to be the oldest settlement on Korcula island.
Visit a local winery that produces a unique wine initially cultivated by the Greeks and brought to the Adriatic Isles thousands of years ago. Afterward, explore this small fishing village by walking to Przine Bay, home to one of the rare sandy beaches on the Adriatic Coast.
Return to Korcula and enjoy a free evening to discover the highlights of this island paradise. We suggest indulging in seafood fresh from the Mediterranean Sea.
Say goodbye to the islands and head across the mainland. Cruise across the Peljesac Peninsula and begin your journey to Dubrovnik, one of the best-preserved medieval cities in the world.
Stop in Stona, famous for Europe's 2nd longest consecutive walls, totaling over 4 miles (6.5 kilometers) in length and dating back to the 14th century. Sample a variety of oysters farmed in the local bay.
Arrive in Dubrovnik and join your Trip Leader for a walking tour through this ancient city filled with mesmerizing medieval architecture. In the evening, gather for a farewell dinner in this splendid city.
On the final day of your adventure, wake up early to soak in the last morning in Croatia.
Say goodbye to your new friends and depart at any time of the day. Be sure to get instructions from your Trip Leader on how to take taxis, buses, or local transportation to the airport.
Ask your trip leader for suggestions if you choose to spend more time in Dubrovnik.

"Had an amazing experience in Croatia with trip guide Robert! We did many fun activities and the boat day off of Hvar was my favorite activity! Robert was an excellent guide and he made the trip very fun and relaxing. I learned a lot about the Croatian culture from him. My only critique would be more time in Dubrovnik. We only had one night there and arrived in the middle of the afternoon. Could have skipped the oyster tasting to get more time there. Or perhaps only one night in Hvar so we could get another night in Dubrovnik. Overall great experience!" -Nicole L.
"It is great for people that want to travel at an affordable rate and want to travel with others rather than do the solo thing! It also allows for you to take very minimal time off of work since most trips are over the weekend! I can't recommend this company enough. :) It's an amazing community to be a part of." -Brooke T.
"I have had the pleasure of traveling with U30X as well as 030X and I can't recommend it enough. If you are on the fence, just do it! It's such an amazing experience to travel with like-minded people from all walks of life that want to just enjoy another culture and country. This company makes travel so simple and you get an experience with a local that you can't easily get on your own. I love traveling on my own as well but sometimes being able to "just go" and not having to think, is a perk in itself. Special shout out to Frano (Croatia - U30X) and Youssef (Morroco - O30X) for being AMAZING trip leaders. Those leaders left me with memories and experiences that I will never forget. I appreciate both of them for showing me their beautiful countries. I look forward to many more experiences and new memories in future trips." -Caitlin O.
