Welcome to Belize! Your Trip Leader will greet you at the airport, and you'll take included transportation to the jungle town of San Ignacio.
San Ignacio is the heart and soul of the Cayo District, a vibrant traveler center from where all roads and activities fan out. This is the ideal starting point to explore Mayan Ruins and the rainforest.
Arrive at your hotel and settle in for the night.
Take a day trip to the interior of Belize. Visit Xunantunich, an Ancient Mayan Ruin filled with mythological folklore.
After visiting the site, go cave tubing down a branch of the Sibun River and enter the underworld with only a headlamp to light your way. Your guide will walk you down the jungle track, pointing out medicinal trees, and other flora and fauna.
Take the ferry to Caye Caulker, an island with no cars that lives by the motto "Go Slow." Relax in the turquoise waters at The Split-–the local swimming hole Caye Caulker is famous for.
After a delicious breakfast at a local café, travel by private boat to snorkel the world-famous Hol Chan Marine Reserve. Belize is home to the second-largest barrier reef in the world.
Snorkel with an array of tropical fish, mind-blowing coral formations, and maybe even a manatee or sea turtle. Stop at the Shark and Ray Alley, where you'll swim with harmless nurse sharks and stingrays.
Enjoy the boat ride back to the island while sipping rum punch before enjoying dinner at a local restaurant in Caye Caulker.
Today, relax back on the beautiful island of Caye Caulker. Rent a bike, enjoy a beachfront massage, or soak in the sun.
Take the afternoon to hang out on inner tubes while floating on picture-perfect turquoise waters. Go slow, or find an adventure of your own.
Enjoy your last Caribbean-style dinner. Find a local reggae bar and celebrate with your group who you've come to know this week.
Wake-up early to read a book or take in the sea breeze as you say goodbye to your new friends in this Caribbean paradise.
Catch the ferry to Belize City, where you'll meet your driver, who will take you to the airport for your flight back home.

"I went to Belize with U30X and it was one of the best trips I have taken! The guides are awesome and were very knowledgeable about the area and the country, the people in my group were amazing and the activities were so much fun. The value is great as well! The hotel we stayed in was very nice and clean, and the restaurants they took us to were so good! I highly recommend going on a trip with them!" -Jessica A.
I recently did the Explore Belize trip with Under30 and everything about it was nothing what i expected - in the best way possible. The people were great. Courtney and Matt are incredible hosts, easy to get a long with and everything in between. IF you've ever wanted to travel, but are worried about going alone, where to go, and what to do - this is the trip for you. They take all the guess work and stress out of travel so you can enjoy your time in other countries. Looking forward to another trip!" -Jacalyn G.
"I went on a trip to Belize with Under30Experiences 2 years ago and had an amazing experience! I got to experience a culture in the way that the locals do (because the Under30 team personally knows the locals!) and I also made life long friends. It is great for people that want to travel at an affordable rate and want to travel with others rather than do the solo thing! It also allows for you to take very minimal time of of work since most trips are over the weekend! I can't recommend this company enough. :) It's an amazing community to be a part of." -Brooke T.
