NIGHTS
Start in Athens for the Acropolis, then ferry through Paros, Naxos, and Santorini for beach days, a Greek cooking class, mountain-village hiking, and sunset kayaking.

Most people book this trip solo — small groups of like-minded 21–35s mean connection happens fast. No third-wheeling, no FOMO.
Meet the group at Athens International Airport (ATH) at 2:00 pm for the included transfer to your hotel in the heart of the city.
Land a few hours before 2:00 pm if you want the included group pickup.
The trip ends in Santorini on Day 9. Depart from Santorini Thira International Airport (JTR) or continue by ferry any time that day.
Getting to the airport is on you, but your Trip Leader will help with taxis, buses, or local options.
Expect an active trip with 3–4 hours of movement most days. There are two hikes—one through Naxos’s mountain villages and one across Santorini’s volcanic crater route to Oia—with some hills and heat.
You’ll get beach time in Paros and Naxos, free time in Athens, and an open afternoon in Santorini, but ferry days, hikes, and included activities keep the pace moving.
You’ll start in central Athens, then ferry through Paros, Naxos, and Santorini. Each stay is close to the city or town center, so old-town walks, taverns, beaches, and ferry ports are easy to reach.
Groups run 8–16 travelers, ages 21+, and usually include plenty of solo travelers—social, but never massive.

Plenty of companies will fly you to Costa Rica for less. Here's what you're actually paying for — and why people who travel with us rarely go back to the alternative.
Small enough that you'll know everyone's name by day two. Not a 40-person coach where you're a wristband.
Locally-owned places with character and comfort — not a bunk in a 12-bed dorm. Where you sleep is part of the trip.
We guide the big moments and leave the rest open. No 6am wake-up calls to tick boxes you didn't ask for.
Hotels, activities, ground transport, your leader, and taxes — included. No hidden fees stacking up after you book.
I recently went on the Under30Experiences 9-day Greece trip and it was one of the best things I've ever done. I was so anxious traveling on my own to another country but the company really did make me feel supported and helped me through everything. My tour guide in Greece was Dimitris and he was amazing!!! Very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. I felt like I had a friend showing me around- he took our group to many different parts of Greece without making it feel rushed or over-filled. I still can't believe how much I did in the week I was there but came home feeling so calm and grateful for everything I got to experience! Dimitris answered any questions we had, showed us the best areas and sights to see and was a genuinely super cool guy. This trip is a lot of walking, some hiking (but nothing too bad- I really enjoyed the hikes), learning about the culture/history and eating a lot of delicious food. There's time for relaxing on the beach, a kayaking day, and so many breathtaking sights seen on this trip. It really did have everything and the group I was with ranged from early 20's to late 30's and we all got along really well and became fast friends through it all. I can't recommend this company or trip enough!! Just do it!
This company is amazing. I was nervous to travel alone, and me and a friend decided to go with this group! I’ve never felt more comfortable traveling outside of the country. the people I met and the places we went to are things I won’t ever forget! I went on the Greece trip and our trip leader Katarina was nothing short of amazing! highly recommend booking with them!
I’ve been on 4 trips (Costa Rica Extended; Prague, Vienna, & Budapest; Greece; Iceland) in 2 years with this company and don’t plan on stopping any time soon! Every single guide I’ve had has been exceptional, and U30X seems to know how to select great guides who know how to make the experience great. Group sizes are kept to a max of 16 (although mine have averaged 12-15) and you get to know your peers on the trip well by the end of the trip, no matter how short or long. I’ve made some of my closest friends recently on these trips. Highly recommend if you want to “solo” travel (although by the end of the trip it doesn’t feel like a solo trip, just a trip with some friends).

Every departure is led by a dedicated U30X Trip Leader who handles the logistics, brings the group together from day one, and works alongside our trusted local guides on the ground.

Make sure you have an updated passport with you. Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months beyond the last date of your trip. Please consult the U.S. Department of State with any more questions.

What should I pack?
Please be eco-friendly!

Can I drink the water in Greece?
The water in Athens is potable however, the water on the islands is not. Wherever water is not potable, there is easy access to purchase bottled water. We recommend buying large water jugs to reduce plastic waste.
Is tipping common in Greece?
Tipping is not obligatory, however, appreciated, especially when great service is provided.
Can we use our credit cards in Greece?
Credit cards are widely accepted by stores, hotels, and restaurants in Greece. However, smaller cafes and shops may not accept credit cards so make sure you carry enough cash to cover small purchases. Please let your credit card company know you’re traveling overseas.
When is the best time to visit Greece?
The best time to visit Greece’s islands is during the warmer months of May-September. During these summer months, you’ll be able to take full advantage of the beautiful beaches and summer activities. July and August tend to be the country’s busiest months so we’ll avoid these months in order to minimize crowds as much as possible.
What types of transportation will we be using?
You’ll be in private vehicles for drives in Athens, Paros, Naxos, and Santorini.
When we travel to the islands we’ll use public ferries like the locals.
How much time do we spend in Athens?
You will spend two nights and two days in Athens. We strongly recommend arriving early or extending your stay if you want to take full advantage of this historic city.
Can I opt-out of an included activity?
Of course! This is your trip, and you don’t have to participate in anything you don’t want to. We can also help you set up other optional activities if you'd rather do that.
Please be aware that opting out of included activities will not change the price of your trip.
What is the physical level of this Greek trip?
Moderate. This trip is a good mix of activity and relaxation and includes moderate physical activities.
Participants should expect to be active 3-4 hours most days. An active lifestyle is helpful though not required to enjoy the trip.
