Thanksgiving is one of my favorite times of year for solo travel. While everyone else is stressing about how long it takes to cook a Thanksgiving feast or fight for the last can of cranberry sauce at the grocery store, I’m making my escape. As a vegetarian, I’ve never been particularly interested in Turkey Day and am eager to go somewhere far more exciting than the kitchen.
