Percy Rier is a co-founder of award-winning Kayaking Puerto Rico, which provides kayaking, boating, snorkeling and sailing tours along Puerto Rico’s east coast. Rier is a business graduate of Ohio Dominican University and has 17 years of experience in the tourism industry doing what he loves, showing the world how great Puerto Rico is.
