When is Under30Experiences' Black Friday sale?
Our Black Friday Sale runs from 12:01 am EST on November 29, 2024, to 11:59 pm EST on December 1, 2024.
What is the Black Friday deal?
$200 off ALL TRIPS (and even deeper discounts on our Black Friday Mega Deals!) And all trips can be booked with just a $195 deposit! Remember that our trips on sale are in limited supply, so if you see a discounted trip today, we recommend booking it now, as it may not be around anymore during our Black Friday sale!
Will more departure dates be added for trips?
We will not be adding any more departures to our website before the sale. All current 2025 departures are live on the website.
I’m over 30 years old. Can I travel with Under30Experiences?
Yes! Under30Experiences is open to travelers ages 21-35.
We have a minimum age of 21 years old but no strict age limit, with our average age being around 27 years old! You’ll find that most trips have several travelers in their 30s. If you are outside of this age range, have been traveling with us for a while, or feel you still fit the demographic, you are welcome to attend.

What’s the difference between Under30Experiences and Over30Experiences?
Under30Experiences offers trips for 21-35-year-olds and has been around for over a decade. So many travelers in our community have aged out of that age bracket, but want to continue to travel with us, we created Over30Experiences for travelers in their 30s and 40s. Again, there is no age limit, but please expect to be active on our trips. No, you can’t bring your grandma!
Will I get an email when the Black Friday sale is live?
If you’re signed up for our email list, you will receive an email reminder when the trip begins. We highly recommend signing up to our email list as we share new trips, sales, and travel tips! You can also sign up for SMS alerts for extra surprises!
Do I need a coupon code?
No, the discount is automatically applied at checkout.
Can I stack coupon codes? How many coupon codes can I use?
We can only honor one coupon code per booking in addition to the Black Friday Sale.
Can I place a deposit to save my spot and still get the $200 off?
Unfortunately, you must pay in full at checkout for the Black Friday price to be honored. If you have credits, please see below.
Can I use my credits for Black Friday?
Yes! Book online with the $195 deposit option, then use the coupon code we sent you via email. If you don’t remember the coupon code, please check your inbox, and if you can’t find it, email us at bookings@under30experiences.com. We'll honor the Black Friday price and send you an invoice for the remaining balance, due ASAP. We will refund your deposit if your credit covers the trip's price. You can reach us at the email above if you have any questions!
Are your prices in USD?
Yes, all our listed prices are in the US dollar.
What is your cancellation policy?
We have a very flexible transfer policy because we know plans can change. Most of our trips have a 30-day or 60-day cancellation policy. Please refer to a specific trip's “Trip Details” page to see what policy the trip falls under. See the full policy here: Booking Conditions.
What is the average age of your travelers?
On most Under30Experiences trips, the average age is between 26 and 28 years old, but we always have people on either side of this range! If you are 30+, you wouldn't be the only person over thirty years old. We have a hard minimum of 21 years old, but don't set a maximum age. If you’re in your 30s and 40s and wish to travel with that age group, Over30Experiences might be for you!
How many people are on a trip?
Our groups are typically 12-15 people. Most trips have a maximum of 16 travelers and are never more than 18. It’s our job to get your departure off the ground, so if, for some reason, not many people sign up, we’ll still run your trip even if there are only 5 people signed up. Believe it or not, these trips are often some of the best experiences. You get individualized attention from your local guide and greater flexibility to do what you want during the trip. If there are not enough signups to run the trip, we will email you as soon as possible.
Is Under30Experiences good for solo travelers or more for groups and couples?
Solo travelers make up 70% of our groups, which means that on any given trip, you'll usually have one couple, a small group of 2-3 friends, and the rest will be there by themselves… but not for long! It's cool to see how people come together after just a few days.
When do I hear the next steps after I book?
Our small team is very busy during our Black Friday sale, but you should expect a booking confirmation from yourtrip@under30experiences.com within 24 hours. Please remember to check both your inbox and spam/junk folders.
What are your most popular trips?
We know it can be hard to choose, so here are some of our most frequently booked trips: Iceland, Costa Rica, Thailand, Belize, Ireland, Egypt, and Morocco.
I've traveled with U30X before. Can I use referral credits during the sale? Can my friends get referred?
Yes, book any trip during the sale and then email us to apply your referral credit. We will process a refund reflecting the amount of your credits. Yes, if your friends have yet to take a trip with us before, please share your referral link with them, and they can get a discount and earn you credits during the sale.
