Trip Overview

Day 1

Welcome to India!

Arrive at Indira Gandhi International Airport (DEL) by 3:00 pm and take included transportation to your hotel in Delhi.

Delhi is the capital of India and is regarded as the nation's heart. The city consists of two distinct areas: Old Delhi, which is historic, and New Delhi, designed by the British during colonial times.

Get to know your new friends while enjoying some delicious Indian cuisine and begin to settle into your new surroundings.

Day 2

Explore Old Delhi

Tune up your senses and prepare for an introduction to the hustle and bustle of one of the world’s most populated cities! Wander through the alleyways of Old Delhi on a walking tour of the famous Chandni Chowk and Asia’s largest wholesale spice market, Khari Baoli.

Explore Sheeshganj Gurudwara to learn about the Sikh religion. Next, visit Delhi’s oldest mosque, Jama Masjid, an architectural masterpiece hailed as the city’s most beautiful building.

Experience Qutub Minar, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the most iconic monuments in Delhi. The “victory tower” consists of five stories with intricate carvings and inscriptions from the Koran.

Day 3

Agra and the Taj Mahal

Board the express train from Delhi to the city of Agra, home to the Taj Mahal and known for its lavish crafts, rugs, and leather goods.

Explore the maze of buildings and underground sections of the Agra Fort, a massive red-sandstone structure built in 1565 under Emperor Akbar's commission.

Have lunch at Sheroe’s Café, a restaurant run by female acid attack survivors, and listen as they share their stories and discuss many of the issues around acid attacks in India.

Any trip to India must include a visit to the Taj Mahal, regarded by many as the best example of Mughal architecture and a symbol of India's rich history.

Day 4

Ranthambore Fort

Journey via train to Ranthambore National Park, one of the premier national parks of India. Nature has reclaimed ancient fortresses and temples in this place, which is also teeming with wildlife.

Explore the mighty Ranthambore Fort, a historical area that has seen numerous attacks and conquests. The fort's beautiful ruins have an aesthetic appeal that attracts the vision and minds of anyone who sees this masterpiece.

Dine at the resort’s restaurant, learn more about your travel buddies, and rest up for a full day of safari drives.

Day 5

Ranthambore National Park

Ranthambore National Park is home to mesmerizing landscapes with exotic lakes, dense deciduous trees, water holes, and abundant wildlife, including Bengal tigers.

Explore this famous national park comfortably from the seat of a safari vehicle. You will spend your day game viewing, bird watching, and stopping at the watering holes to spot animals in their natural habitat.

In the evening, relax at the resort with a spa treatment or gazing up at the skies during an astronomy activity, both optional.

Day 6

Amber Fort – The Pride of Jaipur

After leaving Ranthambore National Park, you'll travel to Jaipur, one of India's most fascinating destinations.

Experience the ornate palaces, courtyards, and temples of the Amber Fort, a significant place in Rajasthan's history. Walk up to the Amber Palace and observe a perfect blend of Hindu and Muslim architecture while enjoying excellent views of the countryside and town below.

Enjoy a free evening to explore this enchanting city's beautifully illuminated historical monuments, bustling markets, and delicious street food.

"I was skeptical of just how good the reviews are, almost seemed too good to be true, but they've more than earned them! Will definitely be looking to do another adventure in the near future!" -Andrew N.

"I love traveling with under 30! The trip leaders are phenomenal and the trips are organized, immersive, fun, and 10/10. I didn't travel internationally before Under 30, and after each trip, I gain confidence, knowledge, and amazing stories. It's been the adventure of a lifetime!" -Kalyn G.
